You'll love these homemade bread and butter pickles.  My friends and family all do.
 
Sweet enough to be play off the apple cider vinegar well, but not so sweet that you will think they're candy.  I put onion and red bell pepper strips in mine, as well as a pinch of a secret spice that makes the flavor profile pop.

Grill up a cheese burger and put these on the buns. Serve them alongside that pulled pork slathered in sauce. Or, stand in front of the fridge eating them out of the jar as I often do!
